The manager is always very engaged, often greeting customers and checking in on them. I am always made to feel welcome and stay as long as I want. I'm glad they didn't leave this neighborhood when others were at risk of being closed.February 05, 2017

We visited this past weekend, at 2pm on a Sunday. There were a half-dozen tables of patrons already when we walked in. We were seated quickly despite there only apparently being a manager and one waitress serving. Table service was pleasant, our appetizer came within ten minutes, another ten minutes and we had our entrees; very reasonable compared to some reviewers' experience. This is Americana diner food, but done on the cheap, by a nostalgic chain trying to eke by without going-under. Adjust your expectations accordingly.October 07, 2016
